This is a 550-piece Justice League puzzle, taken from the splash page of Brave and the Bold #28, the team's first appearance, drawn by Mike Sekowsky. It was generously sent to me by our newest F.O.A.M. member Derek Tague, many thanks Derek!
When posting puzzle pics, I try and assemble the puzzle and take a shot of the finished piece. Derek had already put large parts of it together, so at first I figured it would be easy. But of course now that we have a new kitty cat at Shrine Central, nothing is easy:
Frankie almost dragged a chunk of the puzzle away with her before I intervened. I didn't want to risk Derek's generous gift any further, so this will have do.

Nice! Mike Sekowsky doesn't seem to be remembered well, at least on the web, but his art was wonderful, especially his run on the "Mod" Wonder Woman of the late 60's & early 70's.
Also, Frankie the kitty seems seriously cute! I used to think only dogs tried to eat everything & anything, until recently when my cousin's kitty almost choked on a marble! Definitely can't be too careful with pets! ;)
Count me in as a Sekowsky fan. While JLofA wasn't his best work, it taught the world lessons in how to draw a super-team operating together. I do prefer the more idiosyncratic stuff like "Diana Prince," "Manhunter 2070" and so forth.

Sekowsky's figures, esp. the male ones, are just too clunkily boxy for me. But his art did sure have motion & vigor!
