This book features a way-cool assortment of DC reprints: Superboy, Green Arrow, The Vigilante, Rex The Wonder Dog, Congo Bill, and of course Aquaman! Thanks to this site, I also learned the book contained stories starring Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, Captain Compass, and Roy Raymond, TV Detective. The Aquaman story in question is "The Topsy-Turvy World" from Adventure Comics #196.
I was interested in getting the book (I love foreign editions of DC books), but once the bidding went over $40 I had to pass it up--thankfully the seller provided this decent scan of the cover. Thanks for the tip Kyall!
