He's gonna run real fast and use his speed friction to, uh, wait...nevermind...
He'll run around the ice bergs and melt them. Of course, that won't help with all the coastal flooding.
All part of Aquaman's plan---he's no doubt just as aware as we are of how Flash's vibrations do everything short of balance the national budget (time-travel, dimensional travel, turn invisible, generate counter-frequencies, etc.), so maybe Arthur figures said vibrations will somehow stop the polar ice caps from melting too? ;-)
Either that, or it's a repeat of the Flash and Aquaman's early JLA pairing where they stopped Australia from drowning---while Flash kept the ocean waters back from hitting Australia (by circling the country at superspeed), Aquaman stopped the cause of the flooding attempt (some alien device)...
