Aw, c'mon! Artie, you can do it. Tell Flash to get his butt up on satellite duty, and you go save the world!
The Flash is better equipped to handle a water issue than the Sea King? Please Aquaman, follow Wings' advice and tell Flash to take over monitor duty for you.
Interesting use of perspective; A-man seems to be having a mental conversation with an entity below the waistline.
Aquaman and Flash did work together once to stop Australia from being sunk into the ocean (in an early JLA story), but still, an odd choice (vs. "the guy in Metropolis with freeze breath"), even factoring in "Flash's vibrations = doing everything short of make instant coffee"...
Unless Arthur has some elaborate plan to take care of all this (*and* show up Wonder Woman) that requires borrowing the Flash? :-)
