Its some sort of game where you matched stickers to the images on the pre-printed sheet. But, as you can see, there are no DC heroes involved in the game part--they're just pictured (including Aquaman, rocking a blue glove), via Jose Luis Garcia Lopez stock art, as decoration on the poster.
