sg
Comics Weekend "The Waters of the World!" by Joe Samachson(?) and Louis Cazeneuve.

It's Adventure Sunday!

As Superboy belittles the achievements of mere mortals (the first step toward Kingdom Come), Aquaman assists an oceanologist who is in distress:

The gang of thugs visits the exhibit (just because you're a gang of thugs doesn't mean you don't like culture), and see that Aquaman is about to learn what they're dying to know: which ocean holds all the gold!

But Aquaman sees them there, and his plan to trap them goes into effect

...and so ends another adventure with Aquaman!

Aquaman calmly presenting facts about flying fish just before he knocks a crook's teeth out has already rocketed to the top of my list of all-time favorite Aquaman moments.

I never realized this before, but man does Aquaman meet a lot of kindly-but-batty professor types who end up in situations way over their heads. No wonder he spends so much time out at sea--Surface Dwellers are nothing but trouble!

Is this story the first reference to Aquaman's telepathicalness?
