This is a "Little Mates" Aquaman, part of a whole line of figurines produced in Spain and are, amazingly, given away free along with the purchase of specific newspapers that are part of the promotion. Represented in the line along with Aquaman are Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, Hawkgirl, The Joker, Catwoman, and Harley Quinn!
The Shrine was clued into these babies by F.O.A.M.er Jay Hernandez, and boy do I love them. Thanks Jay!

If our newspapers did stuff like this, they'd probably wouldn't be going out of business. Er, assuming a world of f.o.a.m. members, of course...
I sent them an email and they said they are looking for a US distributor. So it's possible they may come to the USA...!
