Indiana State Basketball Program - 2010

Here's one from out of left field (if I may mix sports metaphors for a moment)--the program to the 2010 Indiana State Basketball program, featuring two of its star athletes, Steve McWhorter and Jake Kitchell, done up as Daredevil and Aquaman, respectively.

Not that we haven't had numerous instances of this in last decade, but I cannot think of a better example for how much the view of comic books has changed in the last decade--when I was growing up, sports guys would not have been caught dead comparing themselves to superheroes. Heck, when I was in high school, it was reading comics that got you beaten up by the jocks! Amazing how things can change.
