This awesome, imposing statue of Aquaman is a custom-made piece, commissioned and sent in by our newest F.O.A.M.er, Cory Pershing. Here's what Cory said about it in his email:
"This is a commission I had done by a very talented sculptor from Brazil. It stands about 20 inches tall. The statue took about 2 months to complete. I believe there are only 3 in existence worldwide. I couldn't be happier with it and thought other Aquafans would enjoy seeing it." Right on both counts, Cory!
Cory also sent in pics of his personal AquaShrine, which resides in his office:
(Hey, why can't the Repro Mego Aquaman play with the rest of them?)
In total, a great statue and a great collection of Aqua-Stuff. Thanks for the pics Cory and welcome to F.O.A.M.!

That's custom??? Whoa! Very impressive work!
Very nice! Love how the figures look lined up for battle, btw!
VERY NICE! Gosh, I wish I had disposal income so I could buy all the nifty Aquaman stuff out there AND custom order stuff like this...of course, the wife wouldn't be too happy, haha! :-)
Like David I was gonna say "THAT'S homemade?" but he sorta beat me to it. The sentiment's no less sincere though.
Beautiful work, very impressive!
Fan-friggin-tastic! Could someone get the name of the sculptor? He needs to be known!
Wow that is probably the best Aqua statue I've seen. Really awesome job especially on the orange shirt..
Ya know whats weird, the more and more I look at it, I swear this is a Captain America Base, Just looking at the Markings on the gloves and the way the stature is positioned. I could be absolutly wrong though. (And the Fact I really want one lol)
