Oh, I remember that story---it was an odd idea but it worked...sort of.
What could be dumber than Aquaman dressed as Green Arrow floating on a turtle in the middle of the ocean? On the other hand, if anyone could top that, it would be you, Rob.
I thought it was Green Arrow riding a turtle, feeling like he's Aquaman...
I don't know this story. But OH! how I WANT to!
Aaron--Its from JLA #61, reprinted in the Super Friends treasury comic. And it is a lot of fun!
...Although I feel compelled to point out that that is CLEARLY a tortoise and not a turtle. So if it is GA, he's going to drown along with Tippy there.
