Perhaps Arthur and Ollie should have taken a big, cross country road trip together. Of course, they'd have to keep pulling over so Arthur could splash some water on his face in the Men's rooms of various Mickey D's and Stuckey's, but it would still have been a fun read.
Great panel. Arthur is pretty much right about how dear old Ollie often is. He could have added that Green Arrow was a much nicer follow before he grew his beard.
