F.O.A.M. member Carlos Mucha sent me these pics of Chocolates Jack figurines, hailing from Argentina.
As Carlos explains, Chocolates Jack were little squares of chocolate that came with a bonus, hand-painted plastic figurine. Starting in 1962, they are still being produced today, with their "heyday" of popularity being the 1970s.
While Chocolates Jack did produce a number of licensed characters, they never did an Aquaman figure, but apparently they are so popular there are many custom figures made by fans. And as you can see, both Aquaman and Aqualad are featured, along with Booster Gold, Jade, the Golden Age Flash, Jean-Luc Picard, even Freddie Krueger!
Here's an official Chocolates Jack poster, featuring many of their figurines. Click to see a bigger version:

Scuba Suit Wonder Woman?! No way! That's probably the only time that version of the character has EVER been produced as a licensed product!
Awesome stuff! Never even heard of these before.
Very cool.
