I strongly believe that the only reason the Human Flying Fish has remained part of the communal Aquafan memory is because for some inexplicable reason he was showcased as one of Aquaman's "main" foes in in a spread in DC Super-Stars #7 (Sept. 1976); if it wasn't for that comic book I don't think he would have been used in in the initial two issues of Super Friends and I wouldn't even know who he was.
