F.O.A.M.er Michael Kaiser sent me a link to the DeviantArt page by the artist known as PhillyBee who did these character model sheets for the Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths movie.
Here's what PhillyBee says on his page about his take on Aquaman: "Here is our back up team of heroes, who were a lot of fun to design. Especially Aquaman, I gotta say. I feel like Aquaman is kind of unappreciated, he is always being messed with and 'fixed' even though he wasn't broke to begin with.
I knew Crisis Director, Lauren Montgomery is a huge fan of the classic Aquaman, so I took advantage of the opportunity to draw him sporting a more traditional look, (no mullet, no hook/water hand) knowing she would give it the go ahead. Lots of fun."
Great behind-the-scenes stuff. Thanks for the link Mike!

This was a really cool movie, and the way the characters looked was a hug reason I liked it so much.
Aquaman just looked great. Not too young, not too old, short hair and the classic outfit. That's how I prefer my Aquaman, although I admit that the "turtle neck" suit that Ivan Reis has given him is really growing on me.
LOL -- I can't sleep right now and was thinking of watching something. I think I might have to pop this in. ;)
What's up, new desktop background!
Sounds like I need to buy this. :-)
Batman: Be careful, Aquaman, he's much stronger than you.
Aquaman: That remains to be seen.
Too bad he was limited to an extended cameo.
