I stopped by LCS (All Things Fun of Berlin, NJ) and picked up my copy of Brave and the Bold #32. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there were so many pre-orders for the book that the store only had one copy left...which I promptly bought, making the book sold out within two hours of the store being open!
F.O.A.M.er Nick Allen sent in this bit of info about his experience: "I also picked up the Brave and Bold today at my LCS. I went at 11.30 am and there was only 1 copy left! Lets hope that it means that is being snatched up quickly and not just ordered in a low quantity."
Anyone else with a Brave and the Bold #32 Field Report, leave a comment or email with me and I'll post it here!

Went today and got my copy. There were actually NO copies left. but Im glad i had mine pre-ordered...
My shop had about 10 copies left, and this was closer to the end of the day(7ish EST). That said, it's a pretty big shop and they had a bunch of copies of most things left, so you shouldn't read to much into the numbers.
Just got my copy--lots of them left at my LCS but it's the biggest one in Canada and there was lots of everything, so it's not an indication of anything. There were lots of Batman and Robin #9s left from a week ago, too. They've usually got plenty of everything from the last month or three.

I got the last copy at my store too. They usually order quite a few B&B, so I'm pretty happy that I was able to at least get one.
My wife stopped on her way home, and after my copy there was only one left, as well!
This is AWESOME fellow FOAMers! I plan to do some reconnaissance tomorrow to a few local shops and will report back to rob!
my LCS only had a couple copies left, but I got there not long after they opened. I'm hoping that they sold out later in the day!
I got the last copy at my store this afternoon. However, my store is so small that the owner probably only ordered two or three copies.
Still, it's a terrific issue for fans of Aquaman and H.P. Lovecraft.

Verification Word: dednegly
The sound of a dozen Night God cultists chanting.
Stopped at the shop about a half hour before my normal arrival and this book was gone from the shelves! Man I loves me some subscription service.
Review is complete and will hopefully go up on CBR tonight. It all depends on the load of DC book reviews turned in.

It was a GREAT issue. Too bad JMS isn't going to write an ongoing Aquaman series instead of Supes and Wonder Woman.
(grows jealous) our copies are still on a plane somewhere over the pacific. The hazards of living 'down under'!
Still good to hear it has gone down so well!
The CBR review for #32 is now FRONT PAGE material!

As for Jeff R hopping over here, I dunno. Jeff and I don't chat very often.
