Aquaman Mardi Gras Float

sg
Yes, this is what it looks like--an Aquaman Mardi Gras float! Great Neptune!

This pic was sent to me by our newest F.O.A.M. member Daniel Lennox, who tells us: "
A friend of mine just got back from Mardi Gras in Mobile Alabama (he was volunteering with Habitat for Humanity during an Alternative Spring Break program) and took some photos of parades, which included this one!"

This photo is the kind of thing that I absolutely love to get in the mail and show off on the Shrine: I mean, when would the rest of us ever get a chance to see something like this, if not for another industrious AquaFan?

Thanks Daniel, I love it, and welcome to F.O.A.M.!

I'm actually FROM Mobile, AL! That's incredible! I remember when once when I was a kid, there was a Batman & Robin float and a Superman & Aquaman float in a parade, but that was back when the Super Friends was still on the air, so it made more sense. I'd never have expected to see one nowadays!

Now that is cool - and such a good change from the usual kind of floats!

That is AWESOME.
Someone should network and find the person that designed that float for a little interview on the Aquaman Shrine!

Awesome, indeed! The person who came up with the idea for the float should become a member of F.O.A.M., as well!
