Young Justice The Series?

sgA bunch of F.O.A.M.ers sent links to a sort-of leaked story about a possible Young Justice animated series. It appeared in several places (like here and here).

Not long after first going up (on the blog of an voice actress cast to play Arrowette), some of the images of the characters disappeared, but I was able to grab this shot of the Young Justice Aqualad first.

I didn't read Young Justice as a comic, so I don't have much of an opinion on an animated version. If they do one, I'm of course glad to have an Aqualad involved!

Thanks for the tip guys!

Rob, I don't think this will actually have much in common with the actual Young Justice comic. There was no Aqualad/girl in YJ, although Lagoon Boy popped up a couple of times. And complete aside, hard to figure out which is the worse codename, "Arrowette" or "Speedy."

I was thinking the same thing, that there was only Lagoon Boy in YJ, not Aqualad. But hey, if they are gonna include him, kudos! Any Aqua-family is better than none.

Cool. I'd be really into this design if he wasn't barefoot.

YJ?! holy sh-moley! glad Aqualad was considered, but as JasonMB says, there was no Aqualad... there was a Sins of Youth arc with a tween aged Aquaman, but actually Lagoon Boy was the closest thing.

Seems whoever is considering this project is focusing on a cast mash-up of the Titans and YJ.

Just remember there is no YJ if ther main 3 boys (and founders) aren't Robin, Superboy and Impulse, and the 3 girls aren't Wonder Girl, Arrowette and Secret.

The Aqualad they decided to use was from the Brightest Day series, and DC decided to start YJ from the beginning with a new ongoing comic. I’m glad that they decided to put Young Justice on the air. I have been a fan since I watched the first episode. Now that I have Sling technology with DISH Network, I never miss any of the shows. I live a very busy life and I use my iPhone to see his shows while on my lunch break at work. Being that I am a customer/employee of DISH, I can’t recommend the TV Everywhere feature enough to anyone with a busy lifestyle, thanks DISH!
