This is part of the cute "Action League" subset for the Brave and the Bold line of toys. The Aquaman 2-pack featured him along with Black Manta, so Batman seemed as good a foe as any for the Ocean Master. I love his look of rage!
These sets are really adorable, and they feature such B-listers as Metamporpho and (okay, C-lister) B'Wana Beast. Because they're so small (each figure is only about 3" or so high) they're relatively cheap, and a good value for your money. Hopefully that means they're selling well, and we can look forward to more B&B stars being given the Action League treatment!

My Target hasn't had this one, but I was able to pick up the Aquaman/Black Manta combo. I'm hoping we'll get some here locally soon...
I have the Aquaman & Black Manta one so I'm definitely getting my hands on this one as soon as I see it. Had no clue this came out weeks ago though.
I just picked this set up this weekend! I think I'm only a set in series one and a set in series two to be caught up on the two packs!
Just FYI guys, if you want to complete your underwater B&B mini-set, there is a Batman/Batsub set out as well. I think Batman is the same as the figure with Ocean Master. He has the oxygen mask.
