This is a Black Manta trading card from the same series last week's Aqualad card was from, the 1991 DC Stars collection.Like that one, this one also looks like it was drawn by then-Aquaman artist Ken Hooper. Its an okay piece, to my eye not as dynamic as the Aqualad shot.
Strangely, I do not have the Aquaman card from this set! I think I need to make a trip to eBay...
