Adventure Comics #251 - Aug. 1958

sg
Comics Weekend "A World Without Water" by Joe Millard and Ramona Fradon.

I decided to do something a little different this time--instead of wasting your time (and quite possibly boring you--and myself--to tears) explaining what happens in between the pages of this story I've chosen to scan in, I'm just going to the present the entire 7-page story in all its glory:

Looking over this story, I was so charmed by the sheer amount of exuberant, joyful sense of Adventure! that I thought I'd just post the whole thing.

I know I've said this many times before, but Ramona Fradon's work here is so beautiful, so expressive, so full of imagination that for me looking at each and every page is a joy.

Rob, I totally agree with you, Ramona Fradon was wonderful. Her art is just so clean and fresh and exciting...!

I do have a question for you, though, my friend. What is the action figure you are using for your Action Figure Icon on the right side of the page? I don't recognize it, and I couldn't find it actually under the "action figure" pages....!

Russell-

Its a Brazilian figure, which I posted waaaay back in 2007.

Looking back over it, maybe I should change it to something more identifiable.
