Here's what Russell had to say about it: "I bought this mug in San Francisco when I was there either in 1989 or 1990.
And yes, that is Robin wearing brown. Not sure why he wasn't in green, since Green Lantern is right there in front of him! Maybe the shock of seeing Robin in brown turned Hal's hair white!!"
What I also find unusual about the mug is that there's no Superman--pretty shocking for a piece of merchandise featuring a group of DC heroes. To see Aquaman on there instead of the Man of Steel is a welcome surprise--I definitely would've bought this mug had I seen it for sale.

I *almost* didn't buy it because I was on vacation, and didn't want to risk it breaking during my travels. I'm so glad I did, 'cause I have never ever seen this item again anywhere. :-)
Great looking mug! I myself have 3 DC heroes mugs that were sold inside movie theaters here in Mexico (upon purchase of pocorn and soda). Superman, Batman and The Flash. Sadly, no Aquaman mug was made.
I've had this mug for years. It sits on my desk and is full of pens and pencils. The brown sleeves on Robin has always bothered me. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Also, Hal's blast is yellow. What the funk?
