Scales N' Sequins

F.O.A.M. member Joe Mello sent me a link to the blog Charm Points, which posted this, as they put it, faaabulous Aquaman costume.

The starched white collar makes it look a little Chippendale Dancer-ish to me, as if Kingdom Come's Planet Krypton occasionally held "Ladies Night."

I didn't think I could feel worse about how I looked when I donned an Aquaman suit, but now I do.

This costume does look like, with one well placed pull, it would rip right off like a male stripper.

Question is, what music would the King of the Sea shake his booty to?

I agree with Sean. I think this looks like a male stripper. The question is, WHY?

As for the music...how about "Sea of Love"?

And Rob, I think we both looked faaaaabulous when we dressed up. Not Chippendale fabulous, but fabulous just the same. :-)

Yes, the question is definitely WHY?And the dude looks very happy in his shiny, shiny costume.

We all want Aquaman to get more respect and take his rightful place amongst all the great comic book characters. This picture isn't helping that cause. SEQUINS FOR NEPTUNE'S SAKE???

The minute I saw this pic, I had a Village People medley running through my head. I don't think this bloke goes to clubs that have a genuine 'ladies night' as such...

Thank you very much for the link Rob. I found the photo of the dashing gentleman via a Google image search.

Love your Aquaman Shrine and will add it to my blogroll.
