This little (about 3") floating toy shows up on ebay all the time, and it's a miracle of toy engineering, really, since people seem to think it comes from the 60s, the 70s, the 80s, the 90s...it's rare, ultra-rare, etc. I've been disappointed more than once seeing a really cool-sounding auction item heading, only to click on it and see that its this thing.It's stamped "1987" on the back of his leg, so I'm not sure where all the confusion comes from. It is a cute little item, nonetheless.

Mmmmm, Burger king premium. I ate so many of those stupid kids meals to get an army of these. Finally the manager said to me, "You know you can just buy the toys"
