I saw the episode, and it was pretty cringe-worthy to see that poor turtle struggling. Plus, he was a SEA turtle with flippers, trying to carry Aqualad across the floor of the Titan's living room. Alas, the creature had no dialogue, just suffered in silence.
I take this is the turtle-in-pain you mentioned earlier? Did it at least turn to the camera and note something snarky (or say "it's a living")? :-)
