This wonderful little piece of Madness is from F.O.A.M. member Craig Wichman, who told me its from a strip called "Comics Sound Effects." Wow! I never thought I'd ever see my hero depicted with those trademark giant floopy Don Martin feet! Thanks Craig!...Am I the only one who thinks this joke was partly an attempt just to sneak the "S" word into the magazine?

ReplyDeleteoooh, I had this as a kid, too! I thought it was hilarious, and oh so cool to see Don Martin's take on Aquaman.....I went around saying the words (just did as I read it again) and I have to say I never noticed the "s" word, though. Haha!
