Aquaman #42 Variant Cover

This is Craig Rousseau's eye-popping variant cover to Aquaman #42, on sale in July. Not to question the Sea King's motives, but isn't getting mad over a tuna fish sandwich kinda closing the barn door after the sea horse has gotten out?
