Working Daze - 4/22/14

Aquaman appears in the Funny Papers a lot, usually (but not always) the butt of the joke. Here (from the 4/22 edition of Working Daze), he's getting dissed on, but he is walking away with the girl, so...

Writer John Zakour was kind enough to write a story (and a great one!) for my book Hey Kids, Comics!: True-Life Tales From The Spinner Rack, so I guess I'll forgive him for suggesting going from Hulk to Aquaman is "downsizing."

    Silver Age Aquaman has got to be a lot better company than Gray Hulk. Arthur was a cool, well-adjusted guy back then! ;)
