Today will probably set the record for the post with the least amount of AquaContent: one single mention of the Sea King's name, exactly twenty-four seconds into an almost three-minute song.
But I remember when I first heard this, and name-checking Aquaman in a hit song seemed so unusual and uber-nerdy(on purpose!) that I couldn't get enough(it doesn't hurt that the tune is a perfectly crafted pop song). Someone(s) in the band must be an Aquaman fan--that name drop doesn't come about randomly.

Great song and video. I forgot they mentioned Aquaman. Makes me wonder what other songs mention superheroes. The only ones I know are Sunshine Superman by Donovan and a close second,except they mention the bad guys, is Magneto and Titanium Man by Paul McCartney and Wings.
